They have all the recent models on display so that we can make a decision after trying out a particular model...Staff clearly explained the specifications of each model... Overall really happy with the service!!

I was in the market for a long time looking for a quality laptop (50k range). Like any other person, the process of buying led me to e-commerce giants where I had abysmal experience with those online e-commerce facilities.

As per my research, time & effort (scouting over 25 stores over the span of 2 weeks) Dell Exclusive Store - Basaveshwara Nagar is hands down providing the best service & quality laptop buying experience. Kudos to Poornima & Ajith for providing the best buying experience even when I had an issue post-purchase, they made the process streamline & unchallenging
