She just does her job of explaining the details professionally and that's about it. She would never force you to buy which I like. Once bought, she also happily assists customers with any support they might need. Shilpa also is training other staff to be on par with her. Awesome experience!!

Polite, hospitable, costumer oriented.
Never had I seen or experienced a Sales rep (cannot just call her that!; Also a Customer Service and Support Executive) so calm and knowledgeable.
Shilpa is all that.. she knows the machines really well.. she was so calm and answering all my questions, resolving the doubts, helping to find the best Laptop for my need. She explains the things in a very simple way and doesn't mind repeating if we ask again.. very professional and does not bombard like other usual sales reps. She does not force or anything, she does job really well!
She is also training others in the similar way.. also available to take calls in case any assistance is required.
Overall, awesome service! Thankyou Shilpa!!
Much much better than those swanky stores selling many brands etc in Jayanagar.
