★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of end customer satisfaction relies mostly on the owner and rest of the staff is very laid-back and the salesmen are not bothered to convert sales. They are mostly lost in the middle of nowhere and busy in blaming the next person. They were much better years back when I made my first purchase here I feel sorry in few years how their quality has gone down. Today I had to purchase a laptop and it took them 2.5 hrs to ready the machine and handover to me, big let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rate is very high as compared to rate listed on Dell website.57000 rs sold in 59000 and made customer fool by share a wrong information. Cust asked for latest model but dealership told there is not higher version than 11 th gen but in market nehru place Dell show room 12 th generation was available.itd better to use Dell website for purchasing a laptop.
