★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever faced. They don't even know the etiquettes to treat a customer. Instead of understanding customers need and suggesting a model they bluntly say no. This was the second time I had faced such disgusting treatment by the staff and the person in the main desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i went to the store for ordering a dell laptop recently, The uneducated, poor staff doesnot know how to order an item, they wasted an hour or more and said we can't place an order, come tomorrow! Behavior atmost zero, no basis to talk to customer, Donot just go and waste your time, instead please shop online or with other local dealers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to them because my Dell laptop was giving me some trouble. Mr. kamlesh , my first point of contact, was very patient through the process. And since my laptop required repair, it was sent in to their service centre in Gandhidham. Mr. Kamlesh at the service centre provided excellent service. He was very kind and considerate, and did everything he could to provide me the assistance I needed. It ended up being more expensive than what I was comfortable with, but that wasn't their fault. I thank the staff of Dell, and wish them all my best.
