I gave my laptop for repair and they stole my RAM. When the laptop didn't even start because of less RAM then I find out that they have stolen one RAM. When I reported this to the owner of the shop, he got violent and I have to call Police for help.
Finally, I got my RAM back but the laptop was un-repaired and few other parts were damaged (very minor). Which I came to know after I gave it for repairing to some other shop.
P.S: Yeah it is Dell's official store but people here are very unprofessional. Try to avoid this store and if you don't have any other option check every possible components before and after repair.
