★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store. The dealer is who is a billing person lacks manners and does not know how to talk.
My laptop was damaged and when I contacted Dell, I was told my warranty period has expired. The warranty period shown in Dell system and in the bill were not same. This happened because the owner did not update the bill in the Dell system. This led to a lot of waste of time.
The behaviour of the owner was highly uproffessional. When I tried to reason with him he kept YELLING at me and saying that it is not his responsibilty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much unprofessionalism and manner less behaviour from the owner. He yells at you, when there is mistake on his side. My new laptop bought from them had scratches so I wanted them replaced, but instead he will yell at me saying it was my mistake or it was some small scratch, but it was actually small one, above all why would you trust to take the product, if the so called brand new one is having scratch. Surely it's some used one, trying to sell as new.
My advice: go for new one from Dell's website, you get 1 or 2 add ons less, but completely worth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a cheater. His name is Ravi Wadhwa. He said he will bring the laptop from somewhere and asked me to pay the booking amount. I wanted to purchase Dell 7415 but he was asking me for a pretty high amount. I paid 1000 bucks as token but the guy denied after a a while saying he won't be giving me the token amount back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is really humble. Even if you are not a techno savvy person, they will guide you to their best and will make you chose the best under your budget. Also, Dell is a company we should be looking for specially when it comes to students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dell exclusive showroom. But if you are going to buy the model you searched on Dell website, then your search will not end hear. Dell have 2 channel for sale of its products, I. e. Online and offline. Online channel will not sell products which is available offline and vice versa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally idiot person in this shop they are too much charges laptop spare .i request to everybody please dont visit on this fake shop.owner is too much cheater i experience personally.i think they are online purchase spare from flipkart or amazon then they sell on his own shop on the name of dell brand so pls guy dont go on this faltu kind of shop.they are completely looted to customer on the name of dell brand.i purchase laptop battery they charge me at very high price which is 5000 when i check on web then i find only 3500 original.they not satisfied about product.staff also forcely to rating for 5 star totally fake shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dell store ever. Doesn’t deserve even a single star. The salesman as well as the owner are extremely disrespectful and don’t have manners to talk to customers. None of them knows how to talk to people, especially women. The salesman is shameless and mannerless. He will start shouting and yelling at you for no reason. Whether asking for details of the products, or any deals (which every store offers, no matter the amount), he behaves very cheaply, especially when talking to women. Cheap behaviour and thinks very highly of himself, which he tends to prove by saying that he is not selling this laptop on a road. We ended up not buying the laptop only because the salesman tried to insult us repeatedly and show us down even though we were the customers spending a high amount of money. The only thing left was abuses from his side.
