★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to say but for Dell service realated when you send me to your service center in hira panna building i was preferring your services . But your engineer said me this laptop cannot repair and even though if it gets repaired it will none of your use. So don't repair it.
For second opinion i go to another computer center he repaired my laptop within one day. And it is very nice working.
It means you have no qualified engineer. Please work on this.
