★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center ever, 1) they don't have on-site service so if we need to discuss or want to ask something about the issue we don't get any service person to ask and our laptop is being collected by sales executive so he don't know anything about our issue. 2) I have visited there because my OS got corrupted and the sales executive told me that they will charge 1250 if I want data backup and if I dnt want it will be 600 but at the time of delivery they denied that there is no such rates as 600 you 3) The store owner himself is very rude at the time of discussion he told me that if you want to do than do or else take it and go
4) They didn't asked me at the time of resolving that if I want licenced OS or crack they themselves decided to install cracked OS and just handed me with no drivers installations.
5) after 25 days, again my whole data got vanished and same problem occurred

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very worse experiance ever!!! Putting customers on hold for too long,absence of communication, lack of Knowledge,and fake commitments.The Behaviour of Parth and Sahil was too Rude. They Even forgot that i have paid an advance payment and denied to refund.Kindly improve your service guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to them because my Dell laptop was giving me some trouble. Mr. Parth, my first point of contact, was very patient through the process. And since my laptop required repair, it was sent in to their service centre in Chandkheda. Mr. Kunal at the service centre provided excellent service. He was very kind and considerate, and did everything he could to provide me the assistance I needed. It ended up being more expensive than what I was comfortable with, but that wasn't their fault. I thank the staff of Dell, and wish them all my best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I must say "A VERY VERY VERYY Poor service". If you're not capable enough to serve anything to your customers then please don't do this business, Don't make such commitments that you will not able to fulfill. There's no response from their side and also the miscommunication among them while dealing☹️. Mr.Parth,my first point of contact was very patient through the process but later on his behaviour was totally changed..not answering my calls,Fake commitments,etc..!
And come to Mr.Sahil, He probably don't know how to run a business,how to satisfied your customers through your services. If your customer is in trouble then please talk with him/her at once. Worse experience ever!! Kindly Improve your service and need to hire some good people ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They Need to improve their work strategy if they want to be in market. They are very bad to provide service. Need to improve in style of work. Employee should improve their words and tongue towards the customer. They also should learn about integrity of their commitments. I personally suggest do not prefer this Store.
