★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Dell Laptop of 60k from this store. After a year I was facing some issues with fan so I gave them to repair , they cleaned from their local shop & after 2 days my laptop stoped working. Since then it's been 4 months I'm continuosly visiting the store they kept my laptop for 10 days & told me some part is not available, due to covid it will take some time.
I visited after a month again they checked it for 5 minutes & said you'll have to visit dell Service center as it's a motherboard issue. Now dell Service center have told me it will take 10k to get repaired.
It's been just 1.5 years & I'm facing this usse. Now this store is not even providing me any bill & not taking any responsibility.
