Doesn't treat well with customers.
Rude. Need to learn basics. Owner should see for replacement of the staff. Fake service provided. Laptop got services from local market and not from dell service centre.

The main thing is that it's Dell showroom and 100% genuine rate and products are available. One more thing is that staff never cheat you. Its always tell the very accurate price of every product..

If you want the bill, they won't provide bill, also they will get repaired your laptop from local market and will say that engineers from Chandigarh has repaired. They won't accept digital payments as you know, digital payment can't be forged. Disgusting store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to get your laptop repaired, not at all trustworthy. I went to their store to get my laptop repaired and I asked them to call me once they have the estimates in hand from Chandigarh. When they called me with estimates, I asked them to hold on and told them that I’ll let know if I need my laptop to be repaired or not.
Major issues started from here -
1. Laptop was repaired without my consent (I was still feeling okaying at this point)
2. They got it repaired from an external source as I wasn’t given any bill or statement of proof.
3. I wanted to pay via credit card and they literally forced me to pay them in cash.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here and get their electronics repaired as they are cheating the customers.
