I am using dell laptop last 8year, dell laptop build is very solid and reliable , great camera quality ,great sound quality , service support also very good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had a great dell laptop but were not good at customer service. They have original parts of dell but are not good at fitting I went through there for my screen change and everything was fine and after some days my hard disk got crashed and the service guy also said that your keyboard is also not working. I don't know they had signed everywhere on the laptop but just thinking they take our important laptop not nicely. My laptop just passed 3 years old expired the warranty and they were saying everything is not alright whether keyboard, hard disk and now some internal voice is coming out from my laptop.
AND the most important part is they don't respect customers when I replaced the hard disk from there they asked me for Rs. 4700
I gave them 5000 and they don't have Rs. 300 change even and discussing with a service guy that takeout the hard disk because I was busy on my meeting that time and I'm unable to go down and ask for change. Just that they waited for me 30 mins with an uncomfortable voice.
