★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here staff were so irresponsible that beside the store one of their senior employee has his own service center he was giving the services in good way but the people who are in the store were not even listening to the customers words
Also the price and warranty for the products were same outside too. So, there is no use to buy in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is good. Here you can get your laptop repaired in very good and quick. The technician Sree Ram is very helpful and understanding. He explains the problem clearly and also try to fix the problems in budget effective way. Here you can get your laptop servicing done even if it is out of warrenty. I gave my laptop for battery replacement and screen flickering issue. They resolved the issue and the battery also replaced within a day itself.
While entering into the store don't fall for the side shop holder calls. They may not provide you qualified service. Here you can give other brand laptops also for servicing but if they are only out of warrenty they will accept. You cannot claim warrenty service for other brand laptops here. They will cover warrenty for only Dell laptops.
The store is located in Dwarakanagar 2nd line junction. It's in the first floor. There you can also find dell store for purchase of new desktops and laptops. Dell is good and reliable brand for laptops. You can handle them rough.
In the service center you will be given estimation while you are hand over your laptop. They will make sure that the laptop service cost doesn't exceed the estimation. They will also call you if there seems more problems than expected and suggest you good option whether to get the laptop repaired or not. I recommend this place for all your laptop solutions and services.
You can also get discount on the estimation slip. I got my discount along with free OS installation for my laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, rude attitude towards customer. Not at all welcoming behaviour towards customers. I've been to this store as it is Dell exclusive but it is a bad remark for Dell to have such kind of sales store under their brand name. Salesman and the owner are having attitude problem, I would suggest them to visit Waltair for friendly behavior. Asking about a brand, post standing in hiatus crowd queue, we have the right to check on the cost and features of the product. If they don't even have enough time & patience to explain about the product, how would a customer buy any product? The salesman is intending the customer to buy the product instantly in 2-3 mins. Harsh, rude and aggressive approach towards any customers who is billing you more than 50k is not at all acceptable. Neither service nor sales/customer support is great at this place according to the other visitors, so it is not only my opinion , you can also check the other reviews which are specifying the same. Sell Dell products and don't try to exhibit your attitude, you might have many corporate clients/orders or this is the store only exclusive for Dell. Call to Dell Tech Support, who will atleast treat you like customers rather than going to these people. Time is precious for me as well, no one likes to come outside during this Covid situation and it is of no use. Just think wisely and visit a better store or an alternative Dell Vendors for sales rather than rely on these people. No courtesy and no responsibility, hope this is the only bad store to visit in Visakhapatnam and none of them are like this! Attached photos of the salesperson(pink shirt) for your reference. This store is definitely not for polite people as executive will pounce on you as if we were taking his assets for asking basic info about products. Beware of egomania and ego-centric people here!
