★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi , i Met Mr Ankur Singh, Store Manager from Dell side. He is very knowledgeable and soft spoken . He help me to understand the technology well and able to decide the best category Laptop for your kid. Laptop model 5410, although there is no incentive on sales of this Laptop, but he guided the right sales pitch , ultimately i brought the Laptop without putting much effort. Best of Luck Dell team and Ankur too.
