I think that this store has cheated me. I had purchased a Dell laptop last year. Since my purchase I always faced performance issues. Even MS office was not installed properly by the store manager.Recently I figured that the laptop sold to me was a second hand piece since the connected device list on the laptop showed me name of the previous owner. I feel very cheated since it's too late to raise any complaints now.
