★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given 4 star for the technician, who are very professional and very straight forward. The process and services are quick but not having proper SOP as lab. The senior ground staff is very humble and understanding.
The young staff on the reception at the 2nd floor i.e. sonography/radiology department and 4th floor i.e. pathology department are very rude and not helping. It feels like communicating with some vendor or sales women at fish market.
Young ground staff were busy in talking to colleagues, laughing and having fun being busy in their own personal business. Not at all good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited more than 20 mins today. No signs about break. Phone landline number mentioned was engage all these 20 mins. Peon was there and said they are taking lunch ( all of them) so wont be long so wiated 20 mins and then gave up. My mom was not well. Cant wait anymore. Very poor service! Also taking shoes off outside was stupid, most indian people dont wear socks and walking bare foot casues lots of bacterial infections!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today for Sonography. The lady at the reception told me to drink water and let her know as soon as I get the urge to use washroom. I did that and told her I am ready for sonography after that instead of my turn she asked other lady to go even though she was after me. Second time she sent another person instead of my turn. I asked her why are you not following que and she was like Dr said to take other people first since they are there relatives. Common don’t skip other people turn particularly when they are holding their bladder or if you want to do that than don’t tell patient to full the bladder. Any how I had complained to my Dr as well who referred me to you. This is not professional way. This is positive feedback take it positively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRI scan, analysis was fine and professional. No complaints there. Problem is that they do not store data after few days. Receptionists could have mentioned this after MRI scan and could have suggested to collect the data/dicom files also as soon as possible. But it didn't happen. It's difficult when you don't have MRI images and data is lost.
