★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for Movers and Packers to shift my Luggage from Delhi to Indore. After multiple search got to know about Deluxe Movers and Packers. Spoke to the owner Mr.Lalit and he assured me that shifting would be done nicely and when actually Shifting took place, it was without any trouble.Packing guys did an excellent Job and packed everything with full responsibility and I received my stuff in Just 3 Days. Moreover when I receive my luggage in Indore the staff took care of it again very nicely.

They successfully transported my pulsar motorcycle from Delhi to Rajasthan so i am happy..
First of all it is very professional and busy packers and movers.. initially they will explain you every detail regarding the pickup and drop (except hidden GST charges which in my case was 1000rs extra). They were usually very nice while explaining you the details and answers each and every question (even very silly ones).
Later once your package is picked up from your location... indeed they will be little bit in a hurry to answer your queries specially over followups calls.. i was totally fine with it as i knew they were working in background to transport my bike in coordination with their multiple partners.
Sometimes some people find it very awkward (as i have seen in couple of google reviews).. people with high expectations regarding customer support satisfaction should definitely opt for branded movers and packers ex. No brooker or Agarwal movers and packers which assigns a dedicated representative to coordinate and update you regarding your queries but also charges premium amount for that.
