★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service ever! They do not know how to talk to their customers. They tell different price on phone after noting the list of goods to be transported. After packing & lifting half the goods in their mini truck they increase the price. I asked them to take the booking amount so that I could transfer to their bank account but he denied (said apne to humare purane customer ho sare paise baad me dedena) but he wanted all amount in cash at the destination address. They sent the goods through some local truck. No tracking number of carrying household items was given even after asking for it so many times. I asked them at destination while unloading let me count the goods to which one of their managers screamed on call “pehle paise doge to samaan utrega nahi to nahi milega”. This drama lasted for an hour, and his person did not unload the truck until we gave him the money without even counting. Never ever booking your cargo through this company who have irresponsible, careless employees and talk to their customers in a very rude manner like goons as if they are transporting goods for free and doing favour on us.
