★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst network ever seen..Also after calling they don't even know the importance of work and was saying that complain can be taken till 7 not after that.. If someone is working in night then they don't have any resolution to it. And the owner of Bhagalpur who have DEN don't know how to talk with their customers. Excuse me sir we r paying u for the service provided. So don't it for granted and he should be taught the way to talk. Also your monopoly has gone. Their are other better service provider like Airtel, Jio whose service and network is far better and installation is also free unlike your who took 5000 just for installation.

Internet is the most important service for wfh. But these gusys dont have any sense of importance. Name of my ISP area manager is Shadab
