but there is a so called token system...but the staff and student interns are irresponsible... they just let in patients who come much later...this is for consultation with
Dr Sreekanth...very disappointing... unfair treatment meted out to long time loyal patients...we feel betrayed whenever we go to the clinic and wait in line after picking up a token only to be pushed aside by someone who comes very late ... just because they convince the staff who let them skip the queue...
The token system doesn't make any sense...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from New Zealand and visiting my relatives in Bangalore. I was in the Cox town area buying something when I saw the board of the clinic and walked in to fix an appointment.
When I walked in, the doctor and the team were so welcoming. They had a free slot and immediately asked me to have a seat to check my teeth. She checked and gave me a diagnosis right then and there. I then fix to come back in about 10-15 minutes.
I could not make it and rescheduled. When I went back again in the evening, I was again given a very warm welcome and kingly treatment. The doctor who worked on me was recently graduated, but her work was amazing! I used to smoke. But the quality of their work was so good, I never thought I would ever see my teeth in such a clean state!
The whole experience really made my day. The doctor and the staff there are very warm and caring and extremely good and quick at their work. I deeply appreciate what they have done for me.
Keep up the good work Dentics! :) Big, white smile!
