★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive from reception onwards getting quick appointment,at “Dental Concept” (Dhimant and Jigar) Clinic on S.V.Rd.Vile parle (west) Mumbai .Clinic very clean - polite staff - BOTH DENTISTS ? I ? patiently checked and advised for the full treatments....???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was a really amazing and fun experience with Dr. Jigar Gala.i was very intrigued initially , asked him lot of questions about the new look as my teeth were in real bad condition but he answered to all my queries patiently and suggested me everything as it was a very expensive treatment for me. but now with the final results , i am completely satisfied and happy with my new look.completely worth it.Thank you so much Dr. Jigar Gala

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have preferred Zero Stars if there was a choice ! My wife got root canals done for 2 adjacent molars - about 6-7 years ago. She has been having tooth pain since the last 3 years and to our horror when we consulted a well known endodontist, recently, he discovered in the X Ray that the root canals were only half way done !!
Worst still , he found that in one of the canals a piece of broken dental needle was embedded and that canal was left untreated !! Worst of all was that Dr Jigar Gala who was responsible for such shoddy work, hid this fact from the patient and quietly filled up all the canels for which he had charged a bomb at that time ;
My wife then had a harrowing time recently, when the endodontist had to undo the shoddy work -which involve very painful procedure of cutting & removing the crown caps ,drilling deep and scooping out the filler material to dislodge the broken needle and removing it; Then he had to Redo all the Root Canals on the teeth again from Scratch which was in 3 sittings of 1 hour each. And Two more sittings of 1 hour each for Capping !
If in India, law permits to sue Dr Jigar Gala, I will not waste any time doing it. My advice to the public is that - do not go to Dr Gala if you have complex tooth problem because he is not experienced enough to handle them and moreover he hides his mistakes from the patients who have to suffer too much later on !!
