★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having a shaking tooth so I visited this clinic and consulted Dr. Praffula Thumathi kn June 2020 and because of pandemic situation I postponed it to another two months. I had undergone implants (that the doctor told to do) on August 2020. First he told 4 implants were necessary to me but on that day while doing implants he had done 9 implants instead of 4. He removed 4 wisdom teeth which were in a good condition. I never consulted with others about him. I was impressed by his talk. On that day itself he made temporary crowns and told me, after 3 months he will install permanent crowns. From that day onwards I suffered a lot of problems. I got mouth sore, crowns were shaking and coming out and I also suffered a lot of pain. I could not be able to chew food and not able to talk properly. I visited 20-25 times in the months to that clinic. No honest guidance and no correct treatment. I expected that after 3 months, after installing permanent crowns it will be alright. After 3 months he removed temporary fillings and fixed permanent crowns and even those were not done correctly. The trouble again started. Even the permanent crowns were starting to come out. I came out suffering with pain. In an emergency condition he could not lift the phone and treat me. Unfortunately I had to go once again for a whole treatment by another doctor. I spent lakhs of money hoping to get cured. I felt pain and mental stress. Honestly speaking, I wanted to write this review just because I want to help many patients to make right decisions. For almost 1 year I suffered severe pain. The alignment of the teeth were also not proper.
