Date: 20 September 2020 One of the WORST BEST Bus Depot in My Zone! ZERO VALUE TO ALL COMMUTERS BECAUSE OF WHOM THIS PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICE IS ALIVE TILL DATE! Commuting since more than 20 YEARS NOW! This Bus Depot has a "ZERO DISCIPLINE & ZERO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM". ONE OF THE LAZIEST MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC SERVICE! Firstly none of the Buses Originating from this Bus Depot Start as per their scheduled time chart! Almost all officials from top to bottom are with ZERO ETHICS of PUBLIC SERVICE SYSTEM! Speciality of this Depot is whenever I went to write a Complaint at this Depot and Ask for a Complaint Book they keep pointing at others and waste time in providing the Complaint Book so as to irritate the complainer and by which the complainer won't wait for writing complaint. Also here most of the time even if the " BLUE UNIFORM - 2-3 Starters are present still they make duty conductors or drivers to play the role of STARTERS JOB and by which whenever I asked for STARTER NUMBER for a Complaint in Complaint Book Form they say i.e; "BLUE UNIFORM PEOPLE Say" that their is NO STARTER AVAILABLE and MAKE A WAYOUT from the COMPLAINT! Most Important thing whenever I speak of Complaining of BEST BUS SERVICE they reply back " Why don't u Complain About the Ruling Government like this! Why Don't u Complain of Railways Like this, Also they will state of METRO projects going on in Mumbai from past 2-3 years! " So if this existing staff don't want to work than firstly they should be LAYED-OFF IMMEDIATELY from the existing job at BEST Bus Transport Services and Also this Organisation Should be handed over to any of the Private Authorities like TATA or RELIANCE Group. Also Now a days they have started conductor less Bus Service which is a major inconvenience for the Commuters and which is a convenience to the BEST Bus UNETHICAL Management who has ZERO CONCERN for PUBLIC SERVICE! "BEST BUS UNDERTAKING" is now "WORST BUS UNDERTAKING" and WORST PUBLIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM OF MUMBAI FROM PAST MORE THAN 20 YEARS! AND I CHALLENGE TO THEM THAT THEY WILL NEVER GROW AND IMPROVE THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICE AS IT WAS 25 YEARS BACK IN MUMBAI! "BEST UNDERTAKING" - this name use to suit 25 Years Back! Now it's Really a "WORST UNDERTAKING" system of Mumbai.

Bus stop is untidy which is obvious but fine. Frequency of buses is average but convenient as of can get buses till kharghar, panvel etc.
