THE RECENT EXPANSION OF FACULTY HAS LED TO STARTING OF NEW CLASSES OF BACHELOR PROGRAMMES IN SPANISH, CHINESE, FRENCH AND RUSSIAN. THE DEPARTMENT IS CONSIDERING ABOUT PLANS FOR STARTING RESEARCH IN SPANISH AND FRENCH LANGUAGES. IN COMING DAYS, WE CAN SEE THIS CENTRE AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR JNU AND DU IN TERMS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING IN INDIA. FOR MORE DETAILS ONE CAN VISIT DFL FROM 8AM TO 4PM ON ALL WORKING DAYS.

In keeping with the road map for the future growth of Aligarh Muslim University, Faculty of International Studies has been established to meet the aspirations of the Youth. Of the seven new departments which have been planned to be established under the new faculty, Department of Foreign Languages (DFL) is the first one to get off the mark.
