Ojha . and students are gathered to discuss about geographical terms and issues by organising seminars every weak. MANY professors of this department is the best geographers in the country like prof. Dr. Satish singh , anupam Pandey sir , A.R.siddiqui and many other prof. Who guided me successfully to students .

Undergraduate study started immediately and the Post-Graduate study was started in 1946. The Geographers from the school of Geography, University of Allahabad have published more than 50 reference books, 372 research papers, organised seven national & international seminars & symposia and founded two societies i.e. Allahabad Geographical society & Institute of Indian Geomorphologists
