★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21 Greenhouse mfg. company have file it's bid for empanelment at Gujarat, Horticulture Department, Gandhinagar.16 of them choose for empanelment for Greenhouse construction in Gujarat by Horticultureal Department with norms of EOI, as per EOI norms/ term & condition the agency must be manufacture 30 green house during its last three year. as per sales tax department greenhouse mfg. company will have to issue its bill with 12.5% +2.5% (વાણીજ્ય વેરા કમિશનર,ક્રમાંક : ગુજકા /વેટ/કલમ-80 /2012-13/જા.217, જાહેર પરિપત્ર -58, તા : 02/07/2012 મુજબ અનુસૂચી -2 ની નોધ-87 મુજબ 12.5 +2.5 = 15% ), now important matter is that who is liable for non compliance of rules and regulation of Direct tax
* A horticultural department can check agency's bill and than empaneled
right agency.
* A company / firm who applied false statement/documentation/three
year audited balance sheet / three year turn over data. etc.
* A sales tax department officer who does not work / monitoring evasion
evasion tax.
