★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HEAVY JAM OF DAILY BASIS AT UMANG CHOWK NEAR SECTOR 10, DUE TO BUFFALOES OF DAIRY PEOPLE AT 8:00 TO 9:00 AM. IT IS ON ROUTINE BASIS. I REQUESTED TRAFFIC POLICE OFFICERS MANY TIME BUT THEY SAID, WE ARE HELPLESS, WE CAMPLAINED MANY TIME BUT NO ACTION. IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TAKE ACTION WHO WILL TAKE.. SIR DO SOMETHING FOR THE SAME AS DAILY OFFICE PEOPLES ARE SUFFERING A LOT FROM THIS ISSUE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a joke to call here to highlight traffic problems like Artemis hospital illegal parking on road . The DCP traffic number attendant asked me to call the traffic help line for complaining . When I called traffic helpline, they asked me to call the traffic inspector . What a shame ?
