I started to experience hair loss in my late 30s. I conducted a lot of research into the matter and decided go for a hair transplant procedure back 2014. Unfortunately the hair loss continued and more surgery was required. This time I settled for the Indian Hair clinic DermaClinix. The decision to go with DermaClinx was linked to two reasons. First the financial aspect as hair transplant surgery is very expensive in Australia. The second reason was the excellent given communication. The assistant manager of the clinic patiently answered all my questions through WhatsApp and even helped me with my Medical Visa application. She even offered to assist with airport transfers and hotel arrangements . In short, this was first class customer/patient service. The surgery was carried out this week by Dr.Gupta. The procedure went over 2 days as I needed 4000 Grafts. I found Dr Gupta very personable and pragmatic or to say it in plain words...... a doctor who genuinely cares about your well being. The entire experience was amazing and I would not hesitate to return for another procedure if needed. I did my first session of hair transplant of 3000 grafts in December 2016. The procedure done was brilliant. I wanted to return after 12 months for my second session as I work and live abroad. I have even referred 2 of my friends to Dermaclinix and they were also very happy with the quality of work Dermaclinix team did for them, specifically Dr. Kavish The first hair transplant in 2016 was focussed on my frontal scalp area which helped me get a new hairline which looked completely natural and strong. Additionally, the transplant procedure improved my original hair strength also to an extent. So I didn't really priortize my second transplant session to be done anytime soon. Came back in December 2021 for my second transplant session and this time we focussed on upper frontal area and the crowne area. The 4500 grafts were taken from the back of my head and beard over a 3 day session. I did have some pain during the sessions because some patches on my scalp didn't get numb after Anesthesia was injected, so the medical team had to repeatedly inject anesthesia on several different spots on backside of my head. The pain probably would be measured as a 6/10 whereas earlier in my first session the pain level was 2/10. The transplant procedure result looked promising and of highest quality About Post surgery recovery, I had no pain, just some very minor itching/tickling sensation which is due to nerves reconnecting after anesthesia and is very normal. The doctor gave me pain killer tablets and anti bacterial tablets. Additionally i was given another stronger pain killer tablet which should be taken only if the pain is more than usual - I haven't eaten that yet because there is no pain. Dr Kavish and the medical team members, Raju, Manish, Shekhar, and others were very helpful and courteous. They kept telling me during the surgery about what was happening. Also, all my questions were answered before, during and after the surgery. Lastly, my relationship manager Ms Rashmi is an absolute star. She helped me with the scheduling and pricing of the surgery very well and provided full support before, during and after the surgery. Thank you team Dermaclinix!

Thanks Dermaclinix Team for everything. I got my hair transplant done by Dr. Kavish Chauhan. I went with B.E.S.T FUE technique. Procedure was extremely comfortable. Everyone in the clinic was professional, courteous and helpful. Manoj and Rashmi were exceptional in customer service and supported me through out my journey.. Took care of pre/post treatment as well. Had best food, juices during the procedure. I have done my first transplant in Australia in 2016 only for front hairline from the surgeon who invented hair transplant. During course of time I have seen my friends getting their transplant done but flow of hair is not consistent. They have to keep it short. I was very scared with that. I got my hair transplant done last week in DermaClinix by Dr. Amrendra Kumar. He was very patient with answering all my queries and doubts before the procedure. During the procedure, I was made very comfortable with all the details of the process and it was very smooth process. I didn't feel any pain and the whole experience was amazing. My relationship manager Mr. Manoj also did a wonderful job on helping with all questions I had with process, cost and pre-op instructions.
