β β β β β Desert Riders Excursion has organized our recent trip for 7 Nights/8 days. Their experienced travel experts tailor made our itinerary to suit our requirements. Pre travel - all queries were promptly answered. Choice was given for hotels and were booked as per our budget. Each accommodation was comfortable and in a great location. Our family trip was hassle free and their experienced Satish driver was at hand to meet us at the airport. He kept his cab neat and tidy. He was with us all the days with careful and safe driving. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the sites visited. Desert Riders Excursion have taken care of us at all times, from the moment we arrived in Jaipur until we departed for Mumbai, making sure everything was as we expected. The tour covered all important sightseeing spots in all places of our stay. Entire staff of the agency was so caring and used to get a feedback every evening about the happenings over a phone. Thanks to Ram Charan Sharma director at Desert Riders Excursion. We will not hesitate to use Desert Riders Excursion in the future and will also recommended them to our friends.

β β β β β We are delighted we have booked a trip to Agra with this company. Our driver arrived on time and was very pleasant during our drive down to Agra. His English was very fluent and most importantly he was a good driver. Once we got to Agra we have picked up our tour guide who was very nice and knowledgeable. He was looking after us all day long: making sure we do not get fed up with the crowds near Taj, hiring is a photographer to make photos, negotiating good price, arranging for lunch, asking people around to stop taking our photos and etc. Most importantly he was so passionate about Taj and Red Fort and knew so many interesting facts. He shown us so many different little details in Taj, which I am sure we would have never noticed ourselves. We are very grateful to him and the rest of the tour organizers for making this trip such an enjoyable and interesting experience.
There were only two small drawbacks on the day. We were taken to the local workshop where the same marble used on Taj was carved and decorated with semi-precious stones. It was very interesting to see the process but unfortunately it ended up being a sales pitch when we were not interested to buy anything. As a result we end up spending too much time at the workshop trying to get out of the sale as politely as we can. Also we gave a tip to our tour guide asking him to split it between him and our driver. At the end of the trip our driver made us believe that he didn't get anything so it was very uncomfortable situation.
Other than that - it was excellent experience and we highly recommend it!
