★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of sweets is very good specially "nalen gurer rasogolla", "Gulab Jamun", Mihidana" and many more. Its "Misty Dahi" also very delightful to eat. It has many branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best sweet shops in Picnic Garden area, no other shops can't even close, we always ordered sweets, rosogolla, curd etc almost everyday, variety is super, noone can't compete with it in the area of Tiljala, they have total 3 show rooms, one is in Colony Bazar area, another one is in C N Roy road area opposite of Tiljala thana main road, and the last one which is the main branch is in the 2nd lane of Picnic Garden, all shops are small in size, atmosphere isn't that bad, but no air conditioner, it's overall very good in terms of quality, shops are usually filled with lots of people but still they promptly service, I never faced any problem regarding service, so it's good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweets are good but the staff specially two aged person is very very very very rude that's why I don't want to visit this shop next time.I am talking about Picnic garden branch not at colony bazar.Please take step,when I am standing there,they don't give any value to the customers,they become very busy at their work like gathering sweets,aftr that they get the time to help us,as per them customer has no value of their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sweets are okay, but the staff behaviour is pathetic. I do not recommend buying sweets from this store because of his behaviour.
The Branch near 42 stand is one which will suffer the most because of his rude, unprofessional and unapologetic behaviour.
If I could rate them honestly, I would give them -5/5stars. Based on the experience I have been constantly having even after being a regular customer. They neither support UPI, nor cards, they are orthodox in their approach to receiving payments.
Also, DO NOT get persuaded by the older reviews as it was not the case earlier, but it's been a constant pain now, also most of their reviews are bought by them, or given by their staff, so do not believe blindly. Earlier their staff and sweets were acknowledgable, but NO MORE in 2022.
