★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sir your panels may be the best but you are doing work with real bad agencies such as RA Solar System. they installed faulty on my factory and not turning up to us. even not filled GST on bills. its big time fraud. we have already filled legal suit against them...i hope you will take agreeable action to avoid future consensuses to consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was booked two solar light insect trap before lockdown.Unfortunately,due to lockdown and transportation unavailability they are not able to send me the traps.It was understandable.I waited for about four months.Finally after extreme follow up ,the deshmukh solar agency ,delivered the traps through spot on logistics.It was picked by the transportor on
6 th aug.2020 and probable days needed to deliver the traps may be maxumum eight days that means 14 th aug. 2020 ,at the destination
,Sangli,Maharashtra.
But till the date I had not got the product.The tracker shows the final destination as kolhapur.I enquired the authorities of Deshmukh solar agencies, but they are not
giving me any information or update about the product tracking,about the destination changed,which is their job.
They themself choosed the transporter,
They themself mentioned the destination.
But now they are not giving me any information about the transportor,about the
product delivery.I am unimpressed.!
This is not fair.They have taken all money with transportation at the time of booking four months ago and now demanding more 560.00rs.(500.00+60.00(gst.???).I was also ready to pay the extra money.but still not got the product nor the staff is updating me any way about the transport.
This is disgusting.
