Morning breakfast is served at 5.30am lunch at 4pm and dinner at 11.30pm... hotels they provide is very very bad quality... buses are very very bad in condition.. donot consider to travel anywhere by this tour operator... its not a tour its a torture and suffering

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice experience with Deshpande's Ashtavinayak Tour in 2016 for their timely & very good services tour experience. We have visited Deshpande's Konkan Darshan during 17-20 Mar 22 & it was also a pleasant experience. We really appreciate Tour Manager Mr Jay Sonar for his efficient services, Mr. Sandipji bus pilot for his very cool & safe driving, Mr. Chotu bus crew & Catering staff for quick good food services.
We suggest to use more technologies to improve services to tourists, e.g. VTS (vehicle tracking service) for tracking location of bus, tour updates by whatsapp group/sms etc. Thanks a lot & all the best wishes to Deshpande's Tours. Thanks & Regards, Kaustubh Kulkarni Kalyan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would first like to thank Deshpande Tours team for organizing such a memorable, religious trip to Ashtavinayak followed by Alandi, Prati Balaji, and Jejuri. I was very impressed with the detail provided with each request- also very prompt. It was our first family tour with Deshpande Tours and their team really did a fantastic job. The food, the hotel, the bus, the arrangements, everything was perfect. Our guide Mr. Arun Kharate was having excellent knowledge of every temple we visited, he used to brief us about temples and their history which was really informative and new for some of us. He was also entertaining, fun, friendly, engaging, safety-conscious, and had a great sense of humor. It was a blissful journey of 3 days and 2 nights. I will highly recommend Deshpande Tours to those who inquire as you exceeded all expectations. And we definitely will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the experience was good during our Ashtavinayak tour. Our guide Mr. Nagesh was very helpful and cooperative, the food was very very delicious, our bus driver's driving was also very safe and all the other staff was very polite and cooperative too. I just have one complaint, the hotel stay at Blue bird, Chakan, was not at all good, hygiene and cleanliness level was way below average, there was no water in the washroom after 6am, also it was too dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned for days, rooms didn't have windows so it was very suffocating, room's curtains and walls were dirty too. But other than that everything was really good, we had a good time during the tour. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done Ashtavinayak tour. Tour process shown and the food is good. Hard working and good team of kitchen staff in travelling. Nice tour guide Mr. Nitin.
But hotel selection was very bad and had to walk half kilometre with heavy bags to hotel and hotel room was also unclean and small room size. Bus service was very bad. Buses were not clean and filled with dust without curtains and were hired from private party and in not good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for ashtvinayak tour with Deshpande tours. They are budget friendly (3651 pp for private rooms n 2751pp for common stay) and convenient for families.
Day1: Travelling starts at 4 am from borivali..so if u r living beyond borivali, you need to start way more early. During pick season they travel with 4 buses depending on the numbers. If there is a sudden change in ur pickup point due to missed trains or delays in waking up so early. You should better communicate to the agent in advance to know exact path of your bus. We felt there was no communication between travel coordinator n bus driver. The travel coordinator told us that bus will be coming via Dadar but Bus driver took some other root via Sion. We had to rush from Dadar to Sion at early morning with luggage n senior citizen parents.
We covered 3 Ganapati on first day.. Mahad, Pali, Aalandi n Ranjangaon. Since Deshpande tours has well known, we get some added advantage during Darshan like dedicated pandit n special aarti for tours. Morning snacks (upma, tea) we had at Mahad which was prepared by cooks who were traveling along the Bus. Lunch was given on the way to Ranjangaon. Shrikhand, Puri n dal rice which was tasty n delicious.
We reached at hotel by 10 where we had our dinner. The rooms were clean but they didn't offer anything else exept that. Since we thought we have private rooms we might get good service but hotel staff refused to offer clean towels or soaps. We had to rush in the late night to manage from some local shops.
Day 2: Travelling starts by 5.30 as per coordinator. Snacks were given at that time but due to early morning we didn't took it. As usual when u travel with fellow travelers it takes time. We started our journey by 7 which was supposed to be started at 6. We went to Prati Balaji, Jejuri, Morgaon,Siddthatek, Theur. Lunch was done at Morgaon. Due to the tight schedules n traffic we reached hotel by 11 at night when we had our dinner.
Day 3: It started late by 6am due to earlier night's late arrival. Snacks were given at hotel at 6. We had visited Ozar n lendyadri and then back to Mumbai.
Note: they additionally provide traveling to bhimashankar but it that case day 3 starts at 3 am which was not possible for us due to hectic traveling on day 2.

The first impression was really good and it was also pocket Friendly. The most important is food when it comes for travelling which was taken well care off by the Deshpande tours team.
