★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Till now, I have done 3 of my pregnancy sonography tests in Deshpande clinic. The clinic meets good hygienic standards. Dr Deshpande is professional and also very sensitive towards patients. She talks with the patients kindly and makes them comfortable. The remaining staff is also cooperative. Overall, a good and reliable place to get the tests done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is the best doc in Kothrud. The lab is well equipped. She accepted my checkup in the ellevent hour. I appreciate her for that. She understood my urgency. She takes proper time on one patient and make you understand what is the problem. I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Staff named Mr. Rakesh M is too rude. I had to go for an emergency but these are not supportive. Twice made the payment through google pay n it got failed. The staff said that we r having a network problem. I requested as i need to go other hospital for my medical purpose as the dr there was already in an emergency but these ppl do not have any humanity. First payment and then reports. They do not have any other alternative option when i asked with the staff like account details etc where i can do neft. Plz do not go there for sonography or anything. I ve seen a dr first time who is insisting the patients to put a review rather than talking about the point n purpose why the patient has come to visit. Mr. Rakesh M does not deserve for a reception. He needs to be trained if he is working as a receptionist. Intially when i did my sonography i thought good experience but when it came to payment purpose very very rude. Dr. doesnt look like a dr. Its all fake just for a good review. I recommend do not go to this clinic. There r many in kothrud pune plz research n then go. Even the cost it seemed high just for a abdominal sonography 1600 rs. Wherein when i enquired other places it is 1000-1200. I dont know what kind of vip treatment she gave to me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the place for inspection and sonography. Trust me I felt as if I didn't have any health issue. The staff are so friendly and supportive. They are very professional, yet down to earth. All the information were true and honest. I strongly and definitely recommend their service to all Punekar for any kind of health issues. Dr Deshpande is so experience and calm down person she is friendly, Polite, interactive and so helpful, she examine in detail and explained everything to me All the process right from entry to scan to billing went on smoothly and without any hassle.
She gave me the right suggestions. Great experience and highly recommended. In all a very good experience giving 5 review considering all during Covid period else for Dr. Aarti Deshpande it’s 5+.

I came here for USG Abdomen and Pelvis. Doctor mam is very kind and co-operative, She also waited for an hour for until my bladder was full. Staff is also kind and soft spoken. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is a huge problem if you want to visit this place. Entrance is from the inside lane side of the building and the clinic is on the second floor. Operator quickly took my prescription and made a digital X-ray. Then asked for payment, cash only for printing of the X-ray. I had to visit the nearest ATM to make the payment. After all of this, he tells me to come after a few hours as the radiologist was not in the clinic. Not the best customer experience but neither the worst.
