I heard too much about this place. And yesterday my Friends told me to meet there. I even agreed to meet there. Overall the place is cozy and good crowd. First of all, something was off of the drinks. I usually drink BP. So I opted for the same, but here the taste was something was off. The spirit was less, as like the Alchol evaporated. I think it’s due to the cheap price. Anyhow, the main disappointment was with Pizza. As all would know I know my food well, and I usually order pizza at restaurants, bar, cafés. So I did the same, unfortunately it had a strong fennel flavour, which was dominanting the cheese flavour. The manger said, it’s not possible that’s what their standard and called the chef, they said it’s basil. Darling trust me I know what taste of basil. Even, my friends also said the same. It wasn’t only me, who complained but 3 of us can’t be there wrong. And overall the manger, she was super rude, rude to the core. If this is a behaviour of a fellow hospitality person, I feel bad about myself to call myself hotelier. Even other stuff has got attitude problems, the whole system didn’t have communication. There was a big gap of it. I didn’t understand how does there ordering software works. We ordered for beer to one person, that order came twice. Then I personally ordered for steamed Wanton. What someone said, it’s not available, so we changed that to margarita pizza. After 15 to 20 minutes somebody brought us Fried Wonton. Ha ha. Holy cow. I clearly understood, there’s a communication problem. Hardly anyone talks to anyone. Then manger came, they took the wonton back. Kept at the corner side station, then the manger and other guys started eating at the counter. Which was clearly visible. Ha ha. The drinking experience was terrible. Staff were unattentive, everybody seem to be running. But if people need to order we have to look for 5 mints, then somebody would approach. While the service stuff were standing just next to mine side station. They were very busy with their phone, as I think this is how their digitalisation work. As the order was punch through mobile. It would be best, if they opt for tabs, which are easier to use and no personal browsing neither WhatsApp. By the way, after this better experience, I had to go to my regular place at Tramdeepo. Thanks to the Tramdeepo manger Amitavo and the Barman, who had been great for last so many years. They are great with their drinks and behaviour. They always took care of me and my family and friend.

Basically it's a place you can go & drink . It is probably the cheapest bar in entire Kolkata. One 30ml Old Monk costs Only Rs. 19 ( in happy hour valid for Monday to Thrusday ) You can lost here with drinks but don't dare to try main course here. It's ok for starters but don't try main course as it exorbitant & quality is poor. The food quantity & quality both are less with respect to price.

Starting from their ambiance to their background music,everything happens to be perfect there and their food needs no special introduction.All the dishes were brilliantly cooked. The staffs are extremely courteous and friendly too. I'm not a smoker or a drinker but I loved the vibe, the arrangements, everything. The place was well cleaned and nicely arranged. We ordered french fries and some light drinks. Great overall experience. Great place to take a break with friends.

What I like most about this place is the entrance decorations.. They have decorated with lights which is great for selfies and pictures.. Food quality is average.. Drinks and hookah are in reasonable price... Staffs behaviour is also good overall good experience

Great to spend some time with friends. Ambience is good but don't expect much from the food. They take a lot of time to fill food items. They have also taken a lot of unnecessary time to bill. Tables are mostly for 4-8 people, and are not suitable for couples.

I must comment that the buffet was really extra-ordinary and mind-blowing due to its high quality foods, huge number of items, reasonable price and friendly behaviour of waiters. But only one thing I should mention here that they charge Rs. 49/- for one bislery bottles which is actually of Rs. 20/- and they don't allow water from outside. Except this, everything is exceptionally good.

No doubt that it’s a famous place in town. It was my first time over there. Simply love this place. ?FOOD—Buffet and a la cart both are available. We choose buffet. Buffet is available for veg and non veg person also. And service is very good. ?STAFFS— Staffs are very friendly and helpful. ?AMBIENCE—ambience is very nice and the Dj is super cool. Overall experience is very nice. Love to visit again. Love to visit again??
