★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst laborers (wanted to call professionals but they don't qualify for that) I have ever seen. Have no sense of what they are asked to do, what is the budget, time line available and to whom they are designing the house for. Unfit to call them selves architects. A masonary mestri is much better than these guys I promise you. If you need proofs please contact me. Especially Umesh Nuchin (the so called Principle Architect) of this firm has lost his mind and behaves as if he is the vastu purush. Very arrogant and never respects the customers requirement. He will do what he wants to do.
For the goodness of humanity it is better they stop practicing. So much resources they waste un-necessarily and build high maintenance houses when client never asked so much complication and given so much budget. Not sure why they choose such a bad design even after 20+ year of experience (that is what they claim, even though I doubt that). I could have gone to consumer court but as every one knows Indian judiciary takes it's own sweet time to resolve issues. I wish if there is an almighty let it take it's own course and my pain shall reach these irresponsible people and make them understand how it feels.
Dear customers if you are planning to take these fellows to build your dream home and got to reading this, please understand you are lucky and god is on your side. Please contact me, I can show you the works done by these architects. I'll also arrange couple of other house owners who has undergone same trauma as I did. My suggestion never take these people consultation (they are costly and build houses out of your budget and you need to suffer whole life to maintain that house (because they use too much steel and unreachable places).
Attached are the screenshots of his What'sApp DP. You can understand his attitude towards customers from it. He just doesn't like some one suggesting him what to do even it is his customer who is paying him.
Attached is the one page requirement that I gave before starting the project. The result is completely opposite (the mistake I did trusting his words that he manages things within budget and I did not micromanage things except when I really got doubt that he is screwing up everything)
