★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell cheap knock offs of Bollywood clothing. There is no mention of "return policy", there is no return even if the products are defective. I bought a suit from Maulik Patel of Royalry and informed him about the torn suit , he denied exachge. I followed up for many days till he stopped replying. Extremely bad customer service and even bad material.

I have taken dress from this team, and they sent a 100rs. material lower type parallel and top instead of a beautiful dress. when I told to return they refuse and blocked me. I will also do customer complaint but help me to stop this kind of online frauds. Online business is growing because its relate to best serve the customer but if any one do like this online business will effected and I dont want that due to one person all the online business persons get effected. I have returned my dress to there surat address but I have not get return money or revert. Very bad experience from this persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Company. They will never pick calls and their numbers given are switched off. They sent defected product and then went incommunicado with no response or reply even with unboxing video. DO NOT WASTE your money with them as it is a FAKE FRAUD company

Customer service was excellent in providing updates from the day I ordered till I received the parcel.Packaging was great and the quality of the product is also good!!Worth for the money. Will surely recommend their site.Hope they will come with more collections very soon!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I'm an online reseller started working with this export house few weeks back. I want to share my experience while working with them. I read all good reviews here on their website and being assured by these I decided to work with them. But unfortunately I was misguided. When I placed my first order they told me that I'll receive my tracking details on the very day of placing the order and it will get delivered to my client within 2-3 working days. But to my wonder I didn't get my tracking details even after requesting many times for that. On the 9 th day I came to know from my client that the parcel got delivered (fortunately this time my client was one of my close friend).
Being assured of the quality of the product I placed my 2 nd order with them. This time the client was new to me and we didn't know each other personally. But this time again they misguided me and lied about providing me the tracking details. After 7 days passed when my client asked me about the status of her ordered item I was completely blank. Actually I had no idea where her item was exactly for which she had paid to me. I somehow managed and made her calm down. In between when I called the admin of the WhatsApp group (from where we usually got the updates of the items) for the tracking details she told me that she is not the person to give it and I should wait patiently for it even after 7 days! Ridiculous!! Still today being the 9 th day I didn't receive any update from them as well.
THEREFORE I WOULD REQUEST ALL MY RESELLER FRIENDS TO NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS EXPORT HOUSE. OR YOU CAN LOOSE YOUR GOODWILL OR REPUTATION AS A SELLER FOREVER . ??
