★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm regular customer of this shop.I know the policy of exchange or return.but yesterday Salesman said that exchange can be done(at the time of billing).today he (Satish)refused to exchange the product. Owner should keep in mind that Customer satisfaction is more important than your so called policy.As you do not get any guarantee from manufacturer. Don't exploit the customer any more.
I request to all the citizens of Aurangabad, don't buy from this shop.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not customer friendly, Rude behaviour of managers, carefully check the product( clothing, any fabric) before you buy it......once you buy it they refuse to take the responsibility of damaged clothes.....NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND policy

This Store is Owned by Mr Loya who is Running Just Hopeless Store with Bad Customer Service. We purchased goods from Store around Rs. 6000/- but thier employee were saying that we cannot provide free services which was offered by them. Just a Hopeless store. Recommend not to buy from this store.
