★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good. But service want great at all, you will have to take follow up for your delivery may be 5 to 6 times and then after insisting they will. Salesman aren't bothered about customers, they will have chit chat..rather than show customers..and they leave customer in between to attend another,v ery rude of that. Furniture isn't strong at all,it's fancy but I think my furniture may not last for more than 5 to 6 years..let's see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. We bought Sofa , it was delivered 10 days late that date given to us. Within 2 days threads started coming out and side boards nails are rotten. Now its in service and no one is showing up after multiple follow ups. Every call they give us new date. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Doors and drawers are jammed. Everytime we asked, nearly 10 to 15 times, they assuared that they'll arrange a labour. Its been now literally a month, but no labour came.

The owner has such inappropriate way of delivering service.
I have ordered a bed and it took almost more than 15-20 days to deliver and later received damaged product and had to resend the bed.
Not reliable source.

Do not waste your time and money for buying anything from here!
I booked a 6 seater dining table set on Jan 2022, It was assured at the time of paying advance that I will get home delivery in 25 days, however nothing showed up. After 26th day onwards I had to call them twice a day just to hear "Bhej denge".
After a series of 10 days of strong follow up and on 36th day after paying the advance, they sent me the table at 11:30 PM and asked me to accept the delivery.
The quality of furniture I received was worse:

1) The glass of table was damaged
2) The rubber vaccume, holding the glass was barely glued to wooden frame and came out during installation itself
3) The wooden frame of chairs was broken from inside
4) The wood of some chairs was literally rotten
5) The cover of cushions of the chairs was teared from places
Inspite of all of this, the manager was not apologetic at all !
Worse furniture buying experience ever......
