★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales service is very poor. I contact them 10-15 times for some cusion issue since September, they just say we will come to visit in 1-2 days but never came to visit till now. Not expected this type of service from Nashik's biggest & well known sofa mall. Kindly note this @Desire Sofa Mall,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are not good. Within 3 days my cupboards sunmica has been remove, screws are missing, within 3 days cupboard doors began to sound like - chuu chuu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person are not cooperative. When product Is purchased with mentioned specification, it was not delivered on time. once delivered, the specifications were different.
Also they forced to take a scratch card worth Rs 1000, where we won a home theatre which is yet to be delivered. No update on it after calling them several times.
Recommend NOT to visit Dezire furniture mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very arrogant, they don't keep commitment I ordered my sofa 20 days back they took advance when I approach they say it will come tomorrow but tomorrow never comes, it's a mental torture till today ie 17 nov I have not received sofa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They people don't fulfill the commitments even if it's written on bill. We have ordered the bedroom set from them along with mattress. First they delivered it late and then the mattress wasn't delivered at all.
We did many followups but everytime they say it will come next day but till today it has not been received. We have to order it again from some other place.
The owners are so arrogant and doesn't give correct information on the phone.
Please beware before purchasing the items from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever place to buy your furniture. It's an humble request to every one not to do any dealing with this entity. They take up complete payment and do not delivery the goods. I m facing lot of issues /problem with these people. I have bought furniture with them. I have made whole payment to them on 7.2.2022 but till date they haven't delivered all furnitures. And few goods they hav provided is defective. There is no replacement still date. One Mr. Shaik sales man is very rude in speaking, this person on asking for gst bill this person has created lot of issues/ pressurised n was imposing by saying they only deal in cash. They are torturing me after taking complet payments.
They are just postponding days and not fulling commitments nor returning my money. I have landed into trouble on dealing with this entity on receiving damaged goods so far delivered, undelivered goods, billing issues, no services no proper reply, rude attitude, unprofessional people to deal.
