The hardware must be opened in front of the customer to showcase what is wrong with their machine rather than taking it behind the close door and returning their hardware even in poorer condition.
Rather than asking customers to visit back and get their laptop fixed, they have decided to bash customers here. Pathetic customer satisfaction with poor service quality but you guys excelled at online trolling- keep it going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience for me. The price is also very competitive. Bargain a little and you might get some discount. Went for a replacement of HDD with SSD and battery replacement. Took me about 3 hours to get everything sorted from end to end. Battery was not available in the shop, had to be ordered that took 1 hour of the 3 hours. Got my laptop updated works very smooth.
