★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic drivers they have. They have big attitude problem. We had booked 7 buses for corporate trip to Lavasa. The driver were behaving as they wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. Buses are in pretty good condition but who wants to take the attitude of the drivers. When we tried complaining about them to the owner he is not bothered at all. Travel at your own risk. I dont want to give even 1 star guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service , got stuck up in Chembur while going to Lonavala due to bus failure ...some battery issues but no satisfactory reply from the owners ...instead telling us to go without using AC AND HEadlights in the night .....really sick ...travel at ur own risk

Mr Ravi Patel will make huge promises and commitments before you book. Once you book and pay him the Advance, he's least bothered to listen to your concerns. Worst experience , ruined my trip completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It isn't even worth rating this travel agency as it's service is rotten and customer service pathetic to say the least. Wonder how it's still in business. Beware folks as Virendra Shukla and Bablu Singh (bus driver) are a deadly combination that's best to stay away from. If you value your life and want to shell out some extra bucks for a much safer and better experience, it may be best to go with another travel agency. Destiny Travels might as well be shooting you in the head with their "affordable" prices and "top-notch" quality (sense the sarcasm folks).
Shuklaji is so busy that he doesn't even bother to pick up the phone to solve customer queries. Bablu (one of their drivers) seemed too tired (and possibly) drunk to carry the burden of safety of all passengers on-board MH04HY5463.
Mind it, your destiny is in your hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality of drivers. Very unprofessional driver. Music system not working and it’s spoiled our entire journey. AC cooling was not proper. Don’t pay 100% money till journey is completed. Their behaviour change once you pay full amount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not trust them. They don't send buses that they promise. I had booked 3 buses for my guests for a wedding and had very bad experience. One bus was not Destiny, and was not in good condition. Another bus broke down midway midnight. Mr. Ravi, Thakur Village has the most casual approach.
