At the beginning, thought they are good and value for money. Gave for "5yrs Ceramic coating" which coats alot of ₹, kept for 4 days. But ended up with swirls marks on plastics parts of the body of brand new car because they did not have expertise. Thing here is Jagadeesh (owner) don't supervision so car owner is required to do so. Paint correction is not done properly, still there are orange peels on some parts of the body. Finally, endup with few incomplete works. With the appointment for restoring the mistake they did, made to wait tor 4hrs (FOUR HOURS) just before important travel. Which is draining. A total lose of money, time, health and lots of frustration. Else it would have been fine. And would have been friends. (EDIT): I have gave review genuinely and professionally. Since you have replied without accepting your responsibility I have to extend. 3 stars to 1 star. Yes, Jagadeesh on Day 2 of car purchase (having 170km on odometer, drove from vizag) when I got the car to you, its you who have said cars would have swirls and uneven paint for new cars and it is Common hence paint correction needed for all. And assumed me your team has expertise with 100s of cars. You had postponed dates after taking advance for Ceramic. I said i need car on Saturday and Sundays. So for which you have postponed 2 weeks and delivered on Sunday morning. After car wash left for a day before starting Ceramic, because you are out of station. I accept I got minor scratch of 1in x1.5 inch on the front bumper because I miscalculated dimensions of new car while parking a day before dropping at your place and communicated to you about it as well. Since the patch is added by me you simply said you have not worked in it but applied Ceramic on it. And I have no complaints about it. But since you lack professionalism you took the matter personally. About the swirls and 2nd appointment; I had called you in the morning a day before journey and fixed time at 2pm. But you and your coworker came at 3:30pm and you avoided my calls. if you had let me know you won't work on your mistakes because I had already paid full amount why would I come. Started at 3:30 and unsuccessful in removing machine marks in side plastics and roof rails. Yes after my research (multiple blogs and youtube) on those marks which you proudly left, its me who have to tell you that some manufacturers wrap or paint on plastics and before applying machine you have to mask it. Shows how experienced you are. You said your team would come to hyd the following week and you would call me with a solution. Its been 2 months and i have returned to kkd but I did not hear back from you. Since you are praising so much about your work and it been 2pm to 7:30pm and no chances of repairing those, said yes there are no swirls but the orange peels and left. As I'm drained by then and have a long journey the next morning which I have told you well inadvance. You are concerned only about new orders and rating. Managing and showing off false information is not good in long run. Reason to post review is Tata showroom people suggested only option is to repaint on the roof rails and minimum would cost me more than half of ceramic coating cost. That hurt me. Ceramic which thought would protect car and avoid minor swirls costs me repainting. I really don't wanted to extend this much. Rectifying the mistake is suggested. End of discussion.
