★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not up to the mark. I booked a Fixed Deposit online and the same cannot be liquidated through internet banking. I need to visit personally to the Branch for closure. No one picks the phone call. The bank should upgrade the Net Banking application to meet the one offered by HDFC, AXIS, ICICI and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is terribly slow. The custom service is very pathetic. Very unprofessional. Even after rejecting their aditya Birla plans, they kept advertising it on me. The guy could not speak proper english. Doing small things take so much time.
Better to do a blocked account from other services.
Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking services. Unsupportive customer service. They just don't care about customers and their queries. They only help in case you are opening an account after that you're nobody for them. In addition to that, no one pick call in the bank if you try to reach them on phone. Either they should improve their services or just shut the centre because it's not helping anyone.
