★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Deutsch Bank as a Financial Analyst in Tax department, not in permanent but temporary position. This review tells you why not to join a company if you're not getting permanent.
We were 150 to 200 people hired for the peak time so we only got to work for 3 to 4 months, Yes we were not permanent employee's.
We worked hard to 4 months, no leaves just to get an opportunity to become a permanent member of Deutsch bank (the management kept saying we will get permanent job after our project ends)..but as soon as our working period got over, we didn't even receive a interview call from Deutsch bank, and they said they were sorry but there are no vacancies available.
We were not even refered to other companies and all the 150 people who joined with me were left unemployed after 4 months.
We only worked to recieve nothing but a cold hearted experience of how a corporate is designed to fool people with degrees like MBA and BBA.
My advice is never join any company who is not giving your permanent job, as the management you're working with is not responsible for your salary. The company like pamac who give your salary, will cut your salary as they wish without updating you about anything.
Also our work was just data entry in different software, which is something useless to learn when you apply for further jobs.
After 4 months of experience I was still being treated as a fresher.
Don't trust the management when they tell you that they will assist you find a job. Once you're done in office, they will never call you back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to work. I worked here for an year and absolutely loved it. It's part of Business Bay hence many perks of infrastructure and lavish cafeteria comes along. Company has employee friendly leave and HR policies. CTC policy is pathetic but work culture is good.
