★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from the Rupani Circle branch of the lab. They are concerned only to take money out of your pocket. They did the blood test with full stomach which are to be taken empty stomach like lipid profile. We even asked twice that is there any test which is to be done empty stomach, attendant categorily denied it. After receiving erroneous result, the guy told I thought you were asking about diabetes test. How he could outrightly denied the fact that we asked him many times before undergoing tests. Very untrained and unprofessional staff. Now I have to spend the hard earned money again due to their fault. Never go there.

I paid online and showed reception team successful transaction message . He took my phone and started accessing my mobile app transaction history.
Doesn't have sense to ask for permission before checking and not even accepting his mistake ?

I paid online .To get transaction id ,he checked my mobile app transaction entries without my permission.
Reception staff no rights to check customer phone without permission.
Even not accepting his mistake after it and loudly proving his point.
