★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers beware!! The promoters, DBF infra, their marketing and sales teams are cheaters. Their channel sales partner took token amount from me saying I can take time to do due diligence and in case I am not confident, they will refund the amount.
When I went to my bank(SBI) for loan, they advised me against investing in this project as it has approval and legal faults.
When I asked DBF infra for a refund, they first asked me to wait and than refused to refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor facilities like only 1 lift is working but that should also not work properly as well poor material use for making it and also door not be furnished , no texture is done ... nothing to be handover you .. only u can make ur flat they only do cheapest work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish construction quality. Took possession of the apartment 2 month's back and already seepage is seen in the bathroom. The curtain rod holder came out of its socket the other day, when trying to change curtains. To top it all no maintenance provided by builder post possession although initially promised by the builder.
