β β β β β The company has no ethics or morale, very dictator type behavior, there's no sense of freedom at all, working at odd hours, calling on non-working days, no work life balance, the management has no manners on how to talk, behave...
By working with this company I have learnt everything one shouldn't be in order to be a business owner... I thank them for the don't list...
There is no humanity at all, with no compassion or kindness and too much ego... will never recommend anybody to work in DLCPL... worst experience ever...

β β β β β All the positive reviews posted by people who have never even worked in the organization just proves my point further; that the company has no ethics or morale... and the so called "Visionary with no title" is just there to make the employees lives harder... I had to take therapy when I was working in the organization as there was so much pressure which was not even related to work but petty power struggles, blame games and politics... and I couldn't resign at the time as I was facing problems at the financial front... before joining the organization just check the attrition rate of the company... (so that you know that all the positive reviews is just a smokescreen) people have left the organization with no other job in their hands just because they were tired of the humiliation... or check with the past employees what kind of treatment they were given... Comments like "Tumko laat maar k nikal duga" and "I will ruin your career" are just some of the milder versions of the pressure that is faced there...

I am not here to confront such individualsβ¦ I only wish them all success in their current activities and GOD bless them all for good.
