good place for walk?, kids gymnast?️?,
Awesome felling of trees??, grass is always green so comfortable for you.
Demerits :-
Awkward place for girls?, not good for night time, lack of running path?, space is limited,
Limited source for kids, lack of sports activity?️⛹️.
