very very very bad place to join.
The staff is really unprofessional.
They charge for an hour but ask to get out from the pool in around 30-40 minutes.
Coaches just relax on the chair for the whole day.

Mostly remains crowded and you may find more than 50 people looking here and there in pool.
Ill managed and lack of coaching staff. They will take fees advance and one coach will be handling around 20 people at same time in one hour, thus not giving any time to any individual.
Whole staff is arrogant and unprofessional.
There are even police complaints being made for kid's sexual harassment by coaching staff.
Owner Devander Lamba is a known defaulter in other areas of Gurgaon too (just search sector 4 and 29 Huda gymkhana club cases in news)
Don't know why Big school like GEMS has outsourced swimming pool to a criminal, who abuses customer if they ask for refund.

Arrogant staff not interested to help anyone, their only purpose is to just collect money for their badass owner.
if you are going for 5:30 morning shift, staff won't even come till 5:40 and doors are locked.
For a hourly coaching session, for same coach, they may even enroll 20-25 kids/adults and don't give you any time.
If you ask for refund, owner and staff will start abusing you and say that whatever you want to do you can do, we can't refund money.
They even treat kids badly and my kid has stopped going saying that coach sir does not treat him well.
