★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I join Devant IT Solutions(DITS), on that time office atmosphere was really good. Where out of 8 Employees, 4 employees was my reference. I worked there more than 6 months, but I don’t accept some of their management persons rough behaviour, that’s why I resign from the DITS. As per their rule I served 28 days Notice Period. They said that all the settlement like Salary, Experienced Certificate will be provide after 45 days from my resigning date. I agree with that. After completing notice period they only provide ‘Experienced Certificate’ which was not professional also. And they reply me due to pandemic situation salary will be provided after ‘Minimum 1 Month’. By understanding the situation I agree one more time with their decision. In between time after doing too many calls and messages they provide me half of my salary. Then when I asked for rest of my salary, they replied me “I have done work with one of their client”. After completing more than 2 months of my resigned they told me this kind of things. But I don’t know myself which of the client I worked with. They didn’t provide my rest of salary by giving this kind of excuse.
I moved out myself from this matter. But recently on 4th Aug, 2021 I got a threaten message (Last 10 days dhore amader official page a negative Google reviews asche . Amra tar janho cyber sell and lalbazar a complain lonch Korte jacchi next Monday . Jadi tui kore thakish sabdhan hoa ja . Akhon puro life pore ache . Ai week ta Amra watch korbo . Tai toke jania dilam .) from one of their management person. I don’t know why they send me this kind of messages instead of my due Salary!!
