I went through a telephonic interview before joining. I am quite satisfied with the pay scale they are offering. The company offers me the opportunity to work on different projects and seniors are quite helpful.
The HR of the company contacts me timely to know if the work process is going smoothly or not. Also, they are open to discussing any issues if I am facing. I am looking forward to continuing working here as I am getting good learning opportunities too. The company is helping me to achieve my professional goals.

I have been allowed to work on projects but I have to submit the work to my senior first and their approval is a must. The company is employee-friendly and makes sure that employees get a good environment to work. I was not willing to continue further as I want to finish with my studies first. Those who wish to continue can if the company likes their performance and is ok to keep them as their employee.

Being a new employee I am facing some difficulties but colleagues and seniors give the required help and assistance. The company does not impose workload unnecessarily. Depending upon the clients workload is there but not always. For personal development activities are conducted in the company occasionally. Overall I can say the work culture of the company is good as mostly IT companies have these days.

Work- My day to day responsibilities are Taking standup calls, Reviewing progress with clients, Preparing Project Charter, Preparing the flow of the projects and defining features.
Team- What I like about here is people are so friendly very good in nature, always ready to help and cooperate if we are in the learning phase
Projects/Clients - I am handling projects and clients from all over the globe like USA, Kuwait, Saudi, Australia etc.
Overall I am having good time working here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After completion my MBA i was looking for great job opportunity in HR Profile. So one day i got a call from Developer Bazaar Indore for Interview & after interview I decided for job here. I have been working with Developer Bazar Technologies, Indore M.P. from the last 2 month.
This is my first job and immediately after finishing college I have joined here. The work culture of the company is good and not much work stress is given. Although there are guidelines to follow and we have a timeline to finish the job. Talking about career growth opportunities, if the employee shows interest in learning and taking the new responsibilities then company’s support is given. A timely HR meet is held in which we can talk about issues we are facing, and what all we are expecting from the company. Not all the requirements get fulfilled but yes to certain extent issues get resolved.

My field is of software development, company allows me to go out of Trending working methods and think differently. The team I am working with is quite supportive and my reporting manager helps and guides me properly. Although I am not working with important projects as expertise is required. After my internship is complete my performance will be evaluated, and if they like my performance I might get a confirmed job as well.
